We are looking for a determined and driven recruitment consultant to take the lead on developing and growing our recruitment division, we can offer a real opportunity for career progression.
Duties and responsibilities:
Registering new staff and sourcing new candidates.
Looking after files, making sure all required documents received.
Seeking References.
Taking orders from customers.
Seeking References.
Arranging staff for work.
Keeping good relation with customers and seeking feedback.
Visiting customers (therefore, UK Driving license required).
Answer company mobile phone. (On and after office hours)
Good oral and written communication skills are essential. You must have a good knowledge of compliance. Professionally, you will be intuitive, ambitious and confident in your ability to grab the market, this will enable you to develop and grow the business.
You will have previous exposure to a recruitment environment regardless of discipline. With a proven ability in building strong relationships with candidates and clients at all levels resulting in a track record of high billing. Also be a driver to visit clients or our other brunches.
Knowledge of eastern European or/and Hindi Languages would be an advantage.

General Description
This role will take responsibility for manufacturing during the shift period. Reporting to the Factory Manager you will ensure that operations continue to operate in a manner that meets the companies requirements in terms of plant throughput, cost per punnet quality of product and the Health and Safety of Staff.
Accountabilities
Responsible for the operation of the production lines during the shift hours, including the production lines and all production staff.
Responsible for the Quality of Product that is produced and
Understand the operation of each of the machines used and develop an understanding of how to tune them to improve performance and conformance to quality and safety requirements.
Have a basic engineering ability and be able to identify breakdowns and fix issues when they occur. Where issues are larger have the confidence to discuss the issues with our own engineers or those at the suppliers and take recommended action.
Monitor report and manage plant though-put ensuring performance meets budgetary requirements. Continuously develop systems for improving quality and cost performance.
Ensure staff discipline remains consistent with company policy and that any infringements are dealt with appropriately.
Monitor and report issues with time keeping and attendance initiating corrective procedures where appropriate.
Write up factory labour plan on issue of the production schedule including booking additional staff for trickier products.
Ensure cleaning Requirements are carried out to the required standard
Inform Senior Management of More serious issues immediately as they occur
